Content will focus on organisations in crisis, forsee a crisis in the near future or wish to prepare for the unexpected.

This is a very practical workshop supported by usable ideas.

AR principles and processes will be used to fine tune the workshop as it progresses.

being offered again in the first half of 2009.  Conducted by email, it runs for
14 weeks from late February, with orientation material emailed two weeks before
