Adding a newsletter

We use the newsletter function to manage the Newsletters. Here's how
to upload a newsletter:
Go to Create content -> Newsletter issue.
Fill in the form with a title and some sort of summary (in the body field).
Leave the other settings as is - in particular leave 'Sending', as 'Don't send now'
Scroll down to File Attachments, click and use the widget to upload the PDF.
Submit.
Then "email all members" from http://www.alara.net.au/node/334/email
Or choose "Email all financial members" http://www.alara.net.au/node/2484/email
