Action Learning Workshop with Bob Dick, Brisbane, Australia - 22-23 October

22 Oct 2011 - 12:00am
23 Oct 2011 - 5:00pm
Etc/GMT+11

This year my annual two-day action learning workshop is on the weekend of 22-23 October. As usual, it will be an experiential and involving workshop addressing practical concepts, processes and skills.

The fee is $660, or $550 if paid in full before 5 October. A few $330 bursaries are available for deserving cases.

Why action learning? Evaluations of action learning programs have found them a low cost and high impact alternative to conventional training.

I'm also interested in its suitability for leadership development, and for helping organisations to become less bureaucratic and more resilient. These will be emphases at the workshop, together with attention to the practicalities of setting up an effective action learning program.

Advanced Facilitation Workshop - Bob Dick, Brisbane, Australia 20-21 August 2011

21 Aug 2011 - 5:00am

On the weekend of 20-21 August I'm offering my annual two-day workshop on
advanced facilitation skills. It's priced at $660 (or $550 if paid in full
by 4 August). For deserving cases we offer a small number of half price
bursaries.

The workshop is intended for people who already have some facilitation
experience. This may be as consultants or facilitators, or as team leaders
or educators with a facilitative leadership style.

I'll be responsive to the needs of actual participants. However, I
anticipate that there will be a mix or theory, discussion, and practice in a
supportive environment.
