18 Jun 2011 - 12:00am
19 Jun 2011 - 12:00am
Etc/GMT+11

I notice an increasing interest in facilitation. I'm therefore continuing to present a couple of facilitation workshops each year. In 2011 the first of them will be my two day skills-oriented workshop "Foundations of facilitation", in Brisbane on 18-19 June.

If you have colleagues or clients whom you think will benefit, I'd be grateful if you'd bring it to their attention. It's priced at $660 ($600 + GST). For deserving cases we also offer a small number of half price bursaries.

This workshop is intended for novices in facilitation who are required to facilitate small groups (whether or not they think of it in those terms) or who expect their work to develop in that direction.

Just a reminder about the forthcoming workshops with Kate McKegg & Nan Wehipeihana in Brisbane and Cairns in June.

The workshop will be useful for internal and external evaluators, experienced policy makers and program developers keen to effectively infuse evaluative thinking, learning and knowledge into collaborative policy and program development, particularly in innovative and complex situations.

Conflict Management Workshop with Bob Dick, Brisbane, Australia

2 Apr 2011 - 12:30am
Etc/GMT+11

Bob Dick is facilitating a 2 day workshop on Conflict Management. This workshop is for people who wish to improve their skills and understanding for resolving conflict as a mediator or 'third party.

The early bird date is this coming Thursday, 17 March. Because this is late
notice I'll extend the early bird rate to anyone who enrols by the early
bird date. You may have some friends or colleagues who would like to
attend.

You can tell them that the processes I use are robust and learnable, with
wide application. For instance, these processes are also useful for
improving communication in difficult interpersonal situations.
