Susan has substantial "outsider" experience, running a participatory practitioner consultancy in the areas of social and environmental sustainability policy arenas. Susan works from a Critically Subjective stance.

  Dr Phil Crane has substantial "insider" experience, securing public sector investment in PAR within a number of social programs. Phil works from an Appreciative standpoint at the Queensland University of Technology, Social Work and Human Services, Faculty of Health. His major interests include early intervention, youth homelessness, and the more inclusive and socially sustainable development and management of urban areas.
