Dr Peter Rennie is Managing Director of Leadership Australia. Leading his own consulting company for 20 years Peter has worked with dozens of companies ranging from BHP Billiton to Zurich Insurance as well as with many government departments and universities. His background has been in medicine, psychotherapy and family therapy. He has been a national award winner for his work with feedback systems and is the author of "The Power Of Feedback". He is currently writing a book on the role organizational structure plays in shaping behaviour.
